{"id":46,"date":"2011-12-23T22:00:36","date_gmt":"2011-12-23T22:00:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.akron.duonglam.ca\/?page_id=46"},"modified":"2011-12-23T22:00:36","modified_gmt":"2011-12-23T22:00:36","slug":"vacation-supply","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.akron.duonglam.ca\/?page_id=46","title":{"rendered":"Vacation Supply"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Patient are allowed early refill due for vacation supply if they are travelling outside of Ontario.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For trips of &lt;3 months duration: refill the prescription as normal.\u00a0 The prescription should go through as normal with a error of early refill.\u00a0 No intervention code is needed however, make sure to document on the hardcopy the reason for the early refill (i.e. Vacation Supply)<\/li>\n<li>For trip &gt;3month but &lt;6 months:\u00a0 For vacation supply greater than 3 months, the medication is dispensed in two separate transactions since ODB will not accept quantities greater than 100 days.\u00a0 The second dispense of the medication will require a MV intervention code.<\/li>\n<li>For trip&gt;6months:\u00a0 ODB will not pay for supplies greater than 6 month.\u00a0 This is because citizens who travel outside of Canada for greater than 6 months will not have ODB coverage any longer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patient are allowed early refill due for vacation supply if they are travelling outside of Ontario.
