Ordering Prescription Stock<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Orders for prescription stock should be preformed twice daily.\u00a0 The first order should be sent before 1200PM to ensure same day delivery (only prescription stock is delivered same day) and another order should be sent prior to close for next day delivery.<\/p>\n

  1. Open the order pad by clicking \u201cMORE\u201d then \u201cORDER PAD\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n
    1. To obtain a list of items to be ordered, click \u201dACTION\u201d then \u201cRECOMMEND\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        \n
      1. Click the \u201cRECOMMEND\u201d button at the top of the new box then the \u201cADD ALL\u201d button.\u00a0 This will move all the items to be ordered to the lower window. \u00a0\u00a0Now click the \u201cNARCOTIC\u201d radio button and click \u201cRECOMMEND\u201d again to obtain a list of narcotics to be reordered.\u00a0 Click the \u201cADD ALL\u201d button again.\u00a0 Once both regular and narcotic stock has been added to the lower window, press \u201cOK\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. Highlight the first item on the list by clicking it once then click \u201cP.O\u201d.\u00a0 This will create a Purchase Order.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
            \n
          1. The order is new ready to be transmitted.\u00a0 Click \u201cACTION\u201d and \u201cSEND\u201d.\u00a0 A Purchase Order box will appear, click \u201cOK\u201d. Enter the kf17366<\/strong>\u00a0for the User and\u00a0kf00366<\/strong>\u00a0for the Password then press \u201cOK\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            1. Once complete, you will be brought back to the Order Pad.\u00a0 Repeat steps 4&5 until all items on the Order Pad have been sent and the Pad is empty.\u00a0 For narcotic orders, the computer will ask for a Narcotic Code, enter 1000<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
