{"id":65,"date":"2011-12-23T22:09:28","date_gmt":"2011-12-23T22:09:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.akron.duonglam.ca\/?page_id=65"},"modified":"2011-12-23T22:09:28","modified_gmt":"2011-12-23T22:09:28","slug":"reconcile-order","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.akron.duonglam.ca\/?page_id=65","title":{"rendered":"Reconcile Order"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Reconcile Orders<\/strong>\u00a0Once orders are received, they will need to be reconciled.\u00a0 This will update the inventory in the system.\u00a0 Once the reconcile is done, you should proceed with ordering (above).<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>After the order is put away, click \u201cMORE\u201d, then \u201cSUPPLIER.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"2\">In the search window, enter \u201cABC\u201d in the code field and press \u201cSEARCH\u201d, select \u201cAmerisource\u201d and \u201cOK\u201d.\u00a0 Click the &#8220;Orders\u201d tab at the top to open the Orders Screen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"3\">Click \u201cDOWNLOAD\u201d, then enter the user (<strong>AKRONP)\u00a0<\/strong>and password (<strong>PMcduFPg<\/strong>), then \u201cOK\u201d.\u00a0 The system will proceed to download files and this may take a minute.\u00a0 Once complete press \u201cOK\u201d.\u00a0 The \u201cDOWNLOAD\u201d button will have changed to \u201cAPPLY\u201d, click this then \u201cCLOSE\u201d once complete.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"4\">Now highlight the first Purchase Order (first line), then click \u201cACTIONS\u201d and \u201cRECONCILE\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li value=\"5\">Click \u201cOK\u201d for the Nexxsys-Purchase Order box, then \u201cYES\u201d .\u00a0 In the Owe Adjustment box, click \u201cOK\u201d (this refills the balance owings in the system with the new stock).\u00a0 Click \u201cYes\u201d for the Re-Order box (this re-orders items that were ordered by not sent and will appear in your Order Pad).
