Patients will present their refugee paper. The 9 digit UCI id number is found on this document and should be entered under the patients id. If it has 10 digits, remove first digit.
There are different status for each refugee. Each status has different drugs that are covered.
If a drug requires special authorization, contact IFH (phone number is found by clicking the HELP button in the Nexxsys 3rd Party screen). IFH will ask for LU code for LU medications and can grant approval over the phone.
Patients will be required to pay first if adjudication is not successful.

Freestyle Libre: requires authorization
Errors
C8-No Record of this Benificiary : Call IFH as usually this means the name is not matching their system. Patients with multiple first or last names will require you to get the exact breakdown from IFH.
