New Staff Procedure
All staff involved in non-sterile compounding must complete formal training prior to independently performing compounding activities.
This training includes completion of an accredited external compounding program, Xenex Labs: COMPOUNDING COURSE – NAPRA (PHARMACIST / NON-PHARMACIST and assessment of competency by the Designated Manager using the checklist below. Cost of training will be covered the Akron Pharmacy. Please contact Designated Manager for more information.
