Epi-Pen and Epi-Pen Jr are covered by ODB provided the doctor has completed the Special Authorization (Allergen) form. Once the form is completed, process the Epi-pen in Nexxsys. You will need to click on the Eligibility Override box found on the Extended tab during prescription processing.
Attach the form to the hardcopy for filing. These form are good for one use only and will need to be completed again for refills.
