Phone messages should be checked every morning upon arrival. To establish if there are messages to be retrieved, press Line 1 on the phone. If the dial tone is intermittent, there are messages. To retrieve:
- press line 1
- press *98
- when prompted for the password, press 2318
- listen to the messages
- to delete the message, press 7
- hang up when complete
